The Leap Year 2004 NEW YEAR'S FESTIVAL BUTTON is your admission to all events.

Admission to all of these events is FREE when you display your New Year's Festival 2003 BUTTON which is available for purchase at locations in the Mt. Washington Valley. The Button is available for $5. Children under 5 with an adult wearing a button are free.

	Hot food will be available from 4 PM at the following locations: Schouler Park - 4 - 12 PM - Christian Fellowship will be serving food and hot beverages

	Evening Events . . . 6:30pm - Midnight in North Conway Village
	All activities from 6 - 8 PM take place in Schouler Park. In addition to the Live Remote on WMWV, there will be live TV Broadcast from Schouler Park on RSN Channel 16.

	7pm - 7:30pm	Schouler Park . . .	New Year's Festival 2003 Parade of Light - with specially made Giant Puppets! Supported by StoryLand & MVMall Gather together and begin the community celebration on a warm note. All those interested in participating in the Parade of Light should report to "Parade Central" at John Fuller School hosted by D.A.R.E. - all are welcome! Bring flashlights, and dress warmly and be part of our Community Procession of Light. The Festival Committee is hoping to make the parade a true community procession where everyone participates.
