We hope you will consider volunteering for New Year's Festival 2007 - Your help is essential, and greatly appreciated!

We ask our volunteers to give a minimum of 2 hours. And, we offer a complimentary button to each volunteer.

The New Year's Festival Schedule is outlined as follows:

Day and Evening Activities on New Year's Eve Day
MONDAY - the 31st:

Check the Schedule of Events to see locations, times and events where volunteers are needed.

If you prefer to sign up to volunteer by phone, Call Carolyn Brown at 356-2768 during Tailor Shop Business Hours.
  • If you are volunteering, please check in with Carolyn Brown at the North Conway Country Club for your final assignment 1/2 hour before your assigned time.
  • If you're volunteering outdoors - dress warmly.
  • The New Year's Festival Committee will have snacks & hot beverages available for all volunteers at the Country Club downstairs in the Pro Shop at Festival Control Center.
  • Important updates will be on WMWV - 93.5. And you may leave a message at Carolyn's Tailor Shop - 356-2768 if any changes in your schedule occur.
  • Listen to WMWV for any cancellations or changes in schedule.
  • Make a note of the hours and location(s) for which you have volunteered your services. This will be your copy of your assignment unless we contact you to change it.
